This project is to demonstrate the capability of the novel indirect dielectrophoresis (iDEP) based device for rapid entrapment of small extracellular vesicles from plasma and cell culture. The concentration of extracted exosomes tested by NTA verified that exosomes were isolated from biofluids successfully since two orders of magnitude higher concentration of nanoparticles than untreated plasma.
